What this covers

This policy covers the information you give us through this website, including anything you send through the contact form or the callback form, and the basic information collected automatically when you visit any page.

What we ask for

Your name, and an email address or a phone number so we can reach you. A short description of what you need help with, or who you are introducing to us. We do not ask for your Social Security number, your bank details, or your account numbers through this website.

Why we ask

So a real person can follow up with you, and so we can point you to the right help. That is the whole reason.

Who else handles what you send

When you submit a form, it is delivered to us through a service called Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. Web3Forms is run by a separate company and processes your message only to deliver it. We do not send what you tell us to anyone else except the specific partner or program you asked us to connect you with, and we tell you before that happens.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages people actually use. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are from your IP address, and what browser and device you are on. It does not receive your name, your message, or anything else you type into a form. We have turned off Google advertising features, so this information is not used to target ads at you.

Turning analytics off

You can turn analytics off at any time, and the site works exactly the same afterwards. Use the notice that appears on your first visit, or the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of any page. Your choice is remembered on your device, so we need you to set it once per browser.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done this and we have no plans to.

If you contact us by text or phone

If you tick the consent box, you are agreeing that we can contact you by phone, text and email about your request. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send for as long as we are working on your request, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for our records or the law requires. If you ask us to delete it and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your rights in California and Texas

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it for analytics. We will not treat you differently for asking. Use the contact details in the footer, and tell us enough that we can find your record.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping it safe

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, so we do not, but we do not ask for the sensitive details that would make a breach serious.
